How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2004 and started in Sonoma County before we opened in Sacramento in 2008. Ever since we started, we have been servicing different counties from El Dorado, Placer, Great Sacramento region, Yolo, Solano, Contra Costa, Sonoma and Marin.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a Training Academy for Caregivers, based in Sacramento and also operate a non-medical home care agency to assist our senior population in various counties and community where we serve. We trained all of our caregivers before we placed them with our clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had been a "caregiver" myself for many years and came from a cultural background where we carry a legacy of caring for our own family members. Caring is in our genes and my heart and passion. It was just not an interest but a natural born caregiver who studied Gerontology, and became fascinated with the formal education in the field of aging where I was already working many years prior to my studying.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am different because I have done the hard-core work and knows exactly what anyone needs and I have done it first hand experience. I love taking care of my own clients and get to know them well and working as a team with my caregivers. I had been caring for seniors for almost twenty five years and have only been in business ten years. I am very passionate about my work and it is my calling plus my educational background in both Gerontology and Human Services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am currently in one location at the moment and have plans to expand when I get to that point.

I service Sacramento Counties, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, Solano, Contra Costa, Sonoma and Marin. We service almost any counties. We try to accommodate everyone that needs our service, far and near.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a faith-based family owned company and we run daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Thursday we opened from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday but we are always available 24/7 after hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We have been referred and highly recommended by everyone that have used our services to their families and friends. The best compliment that we get all the time is "I would certainly recommend your service to anyone that needs it".
