How long have you been in business?
Since 2002 we have grown a superior brand. In 2007 we were recognized by our peers in the industry nationally as a finalist for the National Operator of the Year Award, also in 2008, and in 2009 we wond the National Award out of more than 9000 operators of limousine and chauffeured ground transportation companies.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide chauffeured ground transportations services for business, leisure, airport transportation for individuals and groups. We also provide a single one telephone call platform that allows our clients to use one provider to book their transportation globally through our Global Affiliate Network.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founders came from a strong customer service retail background and the other a experienced public safety operational background. We used chauffeured transportation and new there had to be a higher caliber of service, professionalism, and reliability. We heard and endured too many Limo Company stories and decided to craft a better more reliable business model.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
At CTS, we understand the needs of the traveling business professional because our founders were those people. Time and time again having endured inconsistent service delivery– they were pushed to create a company to make a change. Ground transportation should be an enhancement to the business traveler not a hindrance. CTS was founded on the principal that it is possible to create a professional ground transportation company, and one that can provide the highest level of service and meet the mark each and every time. At CTS, we develop a solutions based approach to meet the needs of our clients. We are a single source for ground transportation and provide a consolidated billing platform which increases client efficiency while reducing overall risk.
