How long have you been in business?
This year we are celebrating our 20 year anniversary. Same North Lake Tahoe/Tahoe City location and same great Lake Views.
What is your primary product or service?
Therapeutic Massage, Professional Skin Care, Body Waxing, Body Wraps and Ayurveda Health. We also feature an all natural skin care line (Naturopathica), custom jewelry, and various massage oils, pain relief ointments and Ayurveda herbs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dreamed of being a massage therapist since I was a small girl because I always wanted to help people feel better. As well I am a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda (herbs, diet and lifestyle for health).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We were the first and still consider ourselves the premier day spa in the North Lake Tahoe area. Brad (my husband) and I are deeply involved in many aspects of the healing industry and take our position as owners of the Lighthouse Spa seriously. We study constantly and are committed to the health and beauty of all our clients!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations. Our main spa is in Tahoe City (North Shore) and our second spa is located on the grounds of the Granlibakken Resort & Racquet Club.

Downtown Tahoe City, BEHIND the Safeway/Lighthouse Center, overlooking Lake Tahoe, just above the a'Sante Fitness gym.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Spa Finder.
Which areas do you service?
All of the North Lake Tahoe Region.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Shiela and Brad (owners - husband and wife team)
What are your hours of operation?
7 Days a week from 9am to 8pm.
